PRECISION TRAINED. My name is James Radcliffe but please call me Jimmy. Before practicing law, I served as a U.S. Navy sonar technician stationed at Pearl Harbor. That role required technical precision and the ability to isolate a signal within the noise—the exact skillset I use to dismantle complex defense strategies today.

INTELLIGENCE OVER INFRASTRUCTURE. I’ve spent my career fighting corporations and insurance companies. While traditional mega-firms measure success by their headcount, the size and number of their billboards, or total "billions recovered," I value a lean, AI-integrated approach. By removing the bloat of a legacy firm, I focus my entire intellectual bandwidth on a closed portfolio of high-stakes matters.

THE MISSION: SELECTIVE ADVOCACY. Radcliffe Law is not a volume practice. Quality time with my wife and son is paramount. I refuse to trade time with them for busy work. Because of this, I only accept cases that are intellectually challenging and/or fundamentally important to my sense of justice.
